The RASPBERRY BELLINI is one of my favorite Drinks and if you are having a Girls Night in they will Love this Champagne Cocktail!  I went to Boston Pizza this past Friday and they serve Raspberry Bellinis.... I actually really enjoyed them! they use Appleton Rum which was even better.

YOU WILL NEED:
1 tablespoon raspberry puree
4–5 ounces chilled dry champagne
Fresh raspberries
DIRECTIONS:
1. Chill the glass in the refrigerator, or fill it with ice for several minutes, then discard the ice.
2. Pour the raspberry puree into the glass. Add the champagne and stir gently.
3. Drop a fresh raspberry into the glass and serve immediately
