Heres a Great way to satisfy your sweet tooth and indulge in a more healthier dessert. This is great for the Ladies who like to practice healthy eating habits or are trying to stay true to their diets. I like to call it my "GRAPEFRUIT DELIGHT" and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
-Slice a Red Grapefruit in to 8 peices or so
- Take a Pinch of Cinammon and 1-2 Teaspoons of Brown Sugar and Mix together. Sprinkle your sugar and spice on top on the grapefruit slices.
- Lastly, add a Handful of sliced or slivered Almonds to your Grapefruit and enjoy!!!
