Now this is how you make a "Statement". I would rock those Prada shoes BUT only if they were given to me as a gift. I wouldn't dip into my savings account and purchase them, Im just not totally in love but it's fair to say that they are interesting. The Crysal T-Shirt is something I would wear without a doubt and I love the color. The Trench Coat and Swarovski Sunglasses are to much for my simple taste. The only way I would see myself wearing them is maybe for a fun photo shoot, but again, you wouldnt find them in my shopping bag... Even if I could afford them!

The Original photo which was taken of Grace Jones and published in New York magazine in 1978. Jones also used the image as her album cover for "Island Life" in 1985.

 Amber's version, which Kanye West recently posted on his blog, was an out-take from a shoot for "Complex Magazine" which she did  last year. Personally I feel that No one can ever give Grace Jones a run for her money when it comes to this shot or even be close to as fierce as she is. But Amber's shot is outstanding and so is her body.

Heres a Great way to satisfy your sweet tooth and indulge in a more healthier dessert. This is great for the Ladies who like to practice healthy eating habits or are trying to stay true to their diets. I like to call it my "GRAPEFRUIT DELIGHT" and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

-Slice a Red Grapefruit in to 8 peices or so

- Take a Pinch of Cinammon and 1-2 Teaspoons of Brown Sugar and Mix together. Sprinkle your sugar and spice on top on the grapefruit slices.

- Lastly, add a Handful of sliced or slivered Almonds to your Grapefruit and enjoy!!!

Tyra had some mothers on her show who had strong opinions on how they felt about "Marrying for Money".  The first Mother, ORENCIA, just really pissed me off when I saw this video, I mean it's so sad what these Uneducated women teach their kids. I mean she can barely form a proper sentence and cant even speak properly.. SAD.. and BTW "Conversate" is not a word. Early today I was reading some responses to the video and a viewer mentioned that the reason why many of these women degrade their children and teach them how to become gold diggers is because once the mothers grow old they want to have someone who can take care of them when they cant keep up with the game so that can maintain that lifestyle. I guess they dont no any better or maybe its the way they were brought up and they don't no any better. Anyway you put it it's just SAD. Hopefully these young ladies grow up to want better for themselves in life, hopefully they are stong minded young ladies with some more positive influences around them.

AFTER "ONE NIGHT" ARE YOU STILL STANDING?

I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW HOW MANY WOMEN WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED A "ONE NIGHT STAND" ARE STILL WITH THAT MAN? I was actually reading an article today which was discussing "What men really think about one night stands" and its pretty interesting that many women really feel in their hearts that going to bed with a man on the first night is a jump start to a possible relationship and the possibility of him falling in love *Blank Stare* My opinion, He may fall in love with "the sex" but not with you. If you are looking for love the last thing on your agenda should be going to bed with a complete stranger and loosing respect for yourself as a woman. You probably dont even know his last name, vice versa. Be aware of the men who will say and do anything to get with you! REAL WOMEN no that talk is cheap and not even a bottle of the most expensive Champagne from the bar is a ticket to one night of pleasure! Its all about knowing your worth and what is important to you. On the other hand the article also mentioned the fact that not ALL women go to bed to find love, some of them actually just do it for fun *Blank Stare* These are the women who just love sex when and where ever they want it. Some of them are single and just recently broke up with an X or are just in a rocky relationship and want a temporary fix or are looking for revenge. Not to mention the women who are in serious relationships and are just not "Satisfied" with their sex lives. I mean whatever happened to Communication? If you dont feel you are getting everything you need maybe you should sit down and talk to your partner about it!...NOW i'm not trying to judge anyone, HEY DO YOU, i'm just putting in my 2 cents and giving my opinion. Personally i'm anti-one-night-stand and i feel Women need to respect themselves first if they want a man to respect them at all!

I would have felt a little like… whether or not I should have been there. [It] doesn’t matter, because I wasn’t on it and I’m excited to be mentioned anywhere, and it doesn’t matter to me where I’m not mentioned.”

CUT CALORIES WHEN DRINKING!

I know how much we enjoy our cocktails ladies but if you are trying to stay true to your diet and watch your calorie count those cocktails and mixed drinks can be dangerous when you are trying to drop a couple pounds. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR CHOICE OF DRINK!  I have been trying to maintain more  healthy eating habits and stay true to my diet plan for a little while now and its been a BIG challenge for me!!!  So heres a few tips to help cut the calories when drinking socially that i have found helpful as well.

Try Having a Glass of RED OR WHITE WINE (5 ounces) which is about a total of 100 Calories as your choice of drink. The good thing about a glass of wine is that we tend to sip it slowly which means consuming less ounces and cutting back on calories of course. If wine just doesnt cut it for you try a 3 ounce COSMO! I personally enjoy Cosmos. This 3 ounce Cocktail contains about 165 Calories. OR you can even have GIN AND TONIC if that floats your boat. 8 ounces will only contain less than 176 Calories which beats a Long Island Ice Tea which has 780 Calories! If you really dont mind a LIGHT BEER, I do not drink beer personally, that would be a good choice as well. 12 oz contain aprox. 98-136 Calories. "THE BEST SINGLE RULE FOR SMART DIET DRINKING IS TO MAKE EVERY SECOND DRINK A GLASS OF WATER"  Heres the thing ladies, In a "Social Setting" we tend to feel awkward when we have nothing in our hands so we tend to overindulge to keep up with the crowd, this can be a problem when you are trying to loose weight and cut back on those calories. Try sipping some water instead and you wont feel empty-handed. This a healthier choice and this way you prevent hangovers as well. "Avoid dessert cocktails that contain sugared rims, chocolate sauce, hot buttered rum and other sweet touches."

Im not sure if its the tail that is really throwing me off but overall the hoodie is just to kiddie in my opinion and im not feeling it at all. Not my fav. look for her but she probably was just being a little playful with her choice of wardrobe seeing that in Asia they are more playful with Fashion which is always cute. The Boots on the other hand are to die for.
